How To Fix Corsair HS60 Pro Facing Issues After the Update?

Check Headset Wire

Set as Default Device

- First of all, Press Windows + R key.
- Type “Control Panel” in it and press Enter.
- When the Control Panel opens, go to Hardware & Sound Category.
- Now, choose Sound.
- Go to the Playback Tab.

- Right-click on the empty area of the box.
- Click on Show Disabled Devices.

- After it, choose your headset, if available.
- Right Click on it, and click on Enable.
- Again, choose your headset
- Right Click on it, and click on “Set As Default Device Option”.

- Now, open the properties of the headset by right-clicking on it.
- And, open the Levels tab, and make sure to increase the volume to 100%.

- Click on OK Button, and again check whether the headset is working or not.
Repeat the steps for setting the headset as the default microphone headset in the Recording Tab.
Reinstall iCUE
iCUE is the app that is provided for your Corsair Headset so that you can use it to utilize most of the headset features. So, you can also try reinstalling it to fix the issue. Therefore, follow the steps which are given below to reinstall the iCUE.
- Press Windows Key to Open Start Menu
- Now, type “Device Manager” in the search bar
- After it, click on the best relevant result
- Now, you will see the option of Audio Inputs and Outputs
- Click on it to expand the tab
- After it, select the Corsair Headset
- Right-click on it and select “Uninstall Device”
- It will ask you for confirmation to uninstall.
- Now, unplug the headset and restart your PC
- After it, Press Windows + R Key
- Type “control” in it
- Now, click on uninstall a program
- Look down for Corsair iCUE Software
- Select it and right-click on it
- Click on the option to uninstall
- Now, again restart the computer
- Again download the iCUE Software from their official website
- Now, launch the app and replug your headset
After doing this, check whether the problem has been fixed or not.
