Vivo T2 Device Overview:
The Vivo T2 5G, a dual-SIM (Nano-SIM) smartphone, operates on Funtouch OS 13, built over the Android 13 platform. It features a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,080×2,400 pixels with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device runs the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and an additional 8GB of virtual RAM for smoother multitasking.
In terms of camera, the T2 5G features a dual-camera arrangement at the back. This includes a 64-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.79 lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor sporting an f/2.4 lens. This camera suite comes with various shooting modes like portrait, micro, panorama, and more. A 16-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 lens is nestled at the front for selfies and video calls.
Storage-wise, the device offers 128GB internally, which can be extended up to a whopping 1TB via a microSD card. Its wide array of connectivity features encompasses 5G support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, and a USB Type-C port. An assortment of sensors like an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and gyroscope is embedded, and it incorporates an in-display fingerprint scanner for secure access. Vivo T2 5G is backed by a 4500mAh battery, complemented by a 44W fast-charging capability that can juice up the battery to 50% in approximately 25 minutes. The device’s sleek profile measures 158.91×73.53×7.80mm and weighs 172 grams.
What’s New in Android 14
Google announced its Android 14 beta update after the Google I/O event. The upcoming version is expected to include many quality-of-life improvements, such as improved battery life, accessibility, and gesture-based navigation. While it may not have a significant overhaul like Android 12, Android 14 still has much to offer. Google has finally rolled its beta update to its Pixel lineup, such as Pixel 7, 7 Pro, 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 5, 5a, and Pixel 4a.
Just like the previous version, Google will likely roll their stable update in August month for all their devices, and soon other OEMs will start rolling their stable build to all their latest flagship device.
