Go to the Mansion, kill off any guards that come in your way, and head over to upstairs and follow the path to your left. This will take you to a room where you will have to face many enemies and at last a boss as well. Kill all of them and go through the door that will subsequently open.
You should now see a keyboard placed on the desktop. Start interacting with it and on doing so, you will some screens light up right in front of you. In the below image, notice the four screens, with three green cubes and a purple pyramid ( for the sake of ease, you could consider the pyramid as a triangle, and the cubes as a square). But do keep in mind that these shapes change every time and wouldn’t be the same in your case. On the left of the desk where the keyboard is placed, there will be a bookshelf lying there. As soon as the puzzle gets activated, some of the books from the shelf will light up, with numbers 1 to 9. This is the place where we will have to enter the code. Now, to find the code, take a look at the bookshelf placed at the right corner of the room. You will now see glowing items on the bookshelf, that will correspond to the shapes that you had earlier witnessed on the screen.
Furthermore, above each item, there is a line of shelves. Each one of them should be having a numerical value, as could be seen from the below image. Accordingly, the Triangle will be having the numbers 1, 4, or 7. Similarly Square could only be 2, 5, or 8 and Circle can be 3, 6, or 9.
Now here is what needs to be done. In our case, the images that we saw on the screen were triangle, square, square, and square (a prism and three cubes). On the triangle line, we could see that the golden ornament is on the top shelf, so the first digit comes out to be 1.
On the square link, the golden ornament is at the bottom shelf, which we know has a value of 8. So a triangle and three squares will correspond to 1-8-8-8. With that, you have successfully decoded the code. As a result of which a secret treasure room will now open and with that, the Every Mansion Needs a Puzzle Challenged has been completed.
