How to Make Van visit the town in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town

In order to buy pets from Van, you obviously need to make him turn up first. For that, you will first have to approach the Harvest Goddess’ pond just outside the mine. You will then have to please her by giving her a gift she favors once per day. You will have to do this 30 times, after which she will bless you with White Grass.

Following this, Van will arrive at your farm on a sunny Wednesday. That should be easy enough to come across, provided you are playing in Spring or Summer. In case you want to ensure that the sun is clearly visible the next day, you can obtain weather reroll by saving your game on the 13^th, and then seeing the weather for the next day.
