The Samsung Galaxy A11 and M11 were launched in 2020, both running Android 10 and later receiving an Android 12 update. Despite being mid-range or higher-end phones, these devices are not immune to issues. One of the most common problems that users face with these devices is the “no SIM card detected” error. This issue can manifest itself in a variety of ways, such as displaying “No Service” or “No Signal Detected” errors. Fortunately, there are several fixes available to eliminate these problems. In most cases, sim card-related errors can be easily resolved; however, if the sim card is damaged or there is a network issue in your area, the problem may persist. Regardless, it is worth trying the fixes we have listed below.
Here’s what to do if your Samsung Galaxy A11 and M11 are not detecting SIM card
Fix 1: Turn Airplane Mode on and off
Whenever you face any SIM card or network-related issues, you should turn on Airplane Mode and then turn it off. This method does the trick most of the time. It disconnects your device from the wireless system until the option is not turned on.
To turn on Airplane Mode, Navigate to Settings > Connections > Airplane Mode and tap on the toggle next to Airplane Mode. Alternatively, you can turn on the feature from Quick Settings.
