- Go to the Start menu > Open Microsoft Store.
- Search for Roblox.
- Click on the Update button next to Roblox.
- Wait for the update to complete.
- Once done, run Roblox to check for the issue.
2. Check Your Internet Connection
The second thing you can do is to check for the internet connection properly and whether the network is working fine or not. In case, your network is slow in speed or unstable to connect to the game servers, you can try switching the wired network to wireless or vice versa. You can also try using a different network to check if the problem persists. Sometimes IP address-related issues can also cause server errors. So, you can contact your internet service provider (ISP) for the same.
3. Set Your Experience to Public
It’s also recommended to use the Public mode for your Roblox experience manually by following the steps below. Several players have found this trick helpful.
- Go to Roblox Studio > Log in to your Roblox account.
- Click on ‘Creations’ on the left sidebar.
- Select ‘Experiences’ followed by ‘Your experience’.
- Use the mouse to hover over your experience.
- Select the three-dot icon menu.
- Choose ‘Make Public’ > Try creating a new pass.
Note: In case, your experience is already set to public, you can select ‘Make Private’ to check for the same.
4. Try Creating a New Experience
It’s also suggested to create a new experience in Roblox instead of changing the mode to public. Using ‘Please Donate’ will allow you to register each pass on your account which will be added.

5. Check for the Roblox Server Status
You’ll need to check for the Roblox server status webpage using the link to ensure all the system services are active and operational. Sometimes issues with the server downtime or technical outages can also cause multiple conflicts while connecting to the game servers. Additionally, you can try using the third-party DownDetector Roblox status site to cross-check if the problem is there. If there is no visible server downtime at the moment you’re checking, try checking the official @Roblox X handle for all server-related reports and error notices.
6. Ensure the URL is Correct
Multiple Roblox players may use incorrect URLs to connect to game passes via the web browser instead of the official Roblox game store. The chances are possible that attempting to connect to an older broken page link isn’t responding or loading the correct page unexpectedly. You can check the steps below to put the correct URL on the Roblox search bar.
- Open the web browser on your PC.
- Visit the official Roblox website.
- Log into your Roblox account.
- Now, search for the game pass using the correct URL in the search bar on top.
7. Clear the Browser Cache
Sometimes the web browser cache and data can get corrupted leading to webpage loading issues or server connectivity errors. So, you can check the steps below to clear the saved cache on your browser.
- Open Chrome browser > Click on the Menu from the top right side.
- Now, hover over the More tools.
- Click on Clear browsing data.

- Go to the Basic tab > Select the Time range according to your choice.
- Click on the Browsing history, Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files option to select.
- Now, click on Clear data.
- Once done, restart your Chrome browser.
- Then load the Roblox website to check for the issue.
8. Try Using a Different Browser
Are you using the same web browser consistently to play Roblox? You can also check a different web browser to load the Roblox page and log into the profile to check for the error again. It’s quite expected that a temporary glitch on the web browser is causing such an error. If the problem doesn’t appear on your different web browser, you can uninstall and reinstall the previous web browser. However, if the problem persists, you can follow the next workaround.
If none of the workarounds are useful, you can contact Roblox Support and submit a support ticket for the same error. In this way, the game developers can investigate the issue further. The best part is that mostly this problem will be fixed ASAP.
