If you have already inserted a disk, press the Eject button on your console. Or, you can press the Options button on your DualSense controller and click Eject Disk to eject the disk. Please take out the disk and insert it correctly. While inserting, remember that when your PS5 is positioned vertically on the console stand, the labeled side of the disk should face left when you insert it.
