This budget smartphone from Oppo comes with a triple camera setup at the rear. It features a 13MP primary sensor with an f/2.2 lens, a 2MP macro sensor paired with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2MP depth sensor paired with an f/2.4 lens. Coming to the front, we get the front camera in a hole punch at the top left corner of the screen. It is an 8MP sensor with an f/2.0 lens. The smartphone is only limited to 1080p video recording both for the front and back cameras due to the low processing power.
For connectivity, we have Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C 2.0. And for sensors we have a rear-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, proximity, and compass. There is only a single RAM and storage variant of the smartphone with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable via a MicroSD card. Powering all of this is a 5,000 mAh battery which supports 18W fast charging. The Oppo A53s is available in two color variants: Electric Black and Fancy Blue.

How to Check Software Update on Oppo A53s
Before going to the manual firmware upgrade process, if you feel that your device isn’t receiving the OTA update notification for a while, then you can check for the software update manually. In order to do this:
Go to the device Settings > System updates. It will search for the software update and you will get notified if a new update is available on your device. Simply grab the firmware version by downloading and installing it.
Additionally, it’s recommended to maintain the phone charge at least up to 50%-60% and connect your device to Wi-Fi for a faster and stable download.
