hello I’m having issues with anything pertaining to sound on my s20 ultra, it doesn’t ringout, doesn’t play music out loud, mic and speakers doesn’t work on calls, but if I leave the phone idle for about 20mins the sound starts working and I can play music out loud but when I place a call I can’t hear the other recipients nor can they hear me. the speakers works continuously as long as I keep playing musics with it but when I stop the music, the sound stops working again.. also on a Bluetooth device it plays music well despite it not working on the outside speaker but it the Bluetooth doesn’t help in calls either.
