Bulky Builds: Usually, building weight-heavy players would mean they would move around slower around the court. But there is a catch to it in the Career mode. When you make bulkier players, you get more attributes for them. And even if the players move slower than low-weight players, the difference is not dramatic. So in the career mode, we suggest you stick to bulkier builds if you want higher numbers in terms of attributes.
Be smart about the attributes: Depending on the type of playstyle you expect from your Build, you must pick the attributes correctly. For instance, if you want a player that plays for the team and works as a playmaker, you must prioritize attributes like speed, acceleration, and ball handling. On the contrary, if you want a more physical player that scores a lot, then you need to be smart about picking the finishing moves and dribbling abilities.
Building hybrid players: If you do not want to stress too much about having different kinds of players, you can simply build a collection of hybrid players whose attributes are suitable for all positions. Depending on your need, you can then adjust the attributes of these hybrid players to either make a point guard, a playmaker, or anything else.
