Today Xiaomi rolled the May 2020 security patch to the Redmi 6 (Codename: cereus) globally with version V11.0.4.0.PCGMIXM. The update has no major changes apart from security patch and regular bug fix. If you are using the Redmi 6, you can manually download and install MIUI 11.0.4.0 Global Stable ROM on Redmi 6 based on Android 9.0 Pie.
As we speak, the update has already started rolling over the air for users globally in a phased manner. It may take days or weeks to reach every device around the corner. In case, if you are not patient enough to wait, then follow this guide to install the update on your Redmi 6 (cereus).
Manually Check OTA Updates
