the latest lineage-14.1-20181007-UNOFFICIAL-santos10wifi.zip and open_gapps-x86-7.1-pico-20190302.zip
do n o t work, even after a clean install.
After rebooting there is a continous message that Google play services have been shut down.
Same with lineage-14.1-20180422-UNOFFICIAL-santos10wifi.zip
Only downgrade to cm-13.1-20160727-UNOFFICIAL-santos10wifi.zip and open_gapps-x86-6.0-nano-20190302 works.
