iQOO Z6 Lite 5G features a 6.58-inches display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. The smartphone is powered by Octa-core (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A78 & 6×1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) and Qualcomm SM4375 Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor coupled with 4/6GB of RAM. The phone packs 64/128GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. The camera on the iQOO Z6 Lite 5G comes with a 64, 50, 2MP rear Camera with Dual-LED dual-tone flash, and an 8MP front shooting camera.

iQOO Z6 Lite 5G runs on Android 12 out of the box and a Non-removable Li-Ion 5000 mAh battery with Fast battery charging. It also has a Fingerprint sensor on the side. The handset supports a dual sim with 5G on both slots. It comes with connectivity options such as Bluetooth, Wifi, USB OTG, FM, 3G, 4G and 5G.
