1. Enable V-Sync in Nvidia Control Panel
Turning on the Vertical Sync feature on your Nvidia Control Panel app for the Hitman 3 game is recommended to avoid graphical glitches up to some extent. Remember that this method only applies if using an Nvidia graphics card.
