Fix: Fallout 4 Not Changing Resolution or Full Screen / Borderless Window Not Working

1. Change Fallout 4 Resolution

First, you should try changing the Fallout 4 game resolution from its settings menu by following the steps below. Sometimes a misconfiguration of the game settings may cause such issues.
