To reset your UEFI settings, you will have first to access the recovery menu.
- While your PC is booting up, turn off your PC. Do this continuously for three times. And after that let the PC boot up. It will change up automatically in the recovery mode.
- Once you are in the recovery mode, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced > UEFI Firmware Settings.
- Then click on the small restart button in the next page.
- Now let your PC restart on its own, and once it does restart, you will see the UEFI settings on your screen.
- In the UEFI settings menu, look for restore defaults. Once you find it, select it and confirm your action.
After you have restored to default settings in the UEFI settings menu, check if the same error shows up again or not. If it does show up again, then try the next potential solution.

- Select that option and confirm your action.
Once your BIOS settings reset is complete, turn on your PC again and check whether the same error shows up again or not if it does then move on to the final solution mentioned below.
Disabling overclocked CPU frequencies:
If you have overclocked the frequencies or voltages of the RAM, GPU or CPU on your PC by using any specific mean, then that is the culprit for your error. Restore the frequency or voltage to its default value using the same means and don’t try to overclock any hardware on your PC in the future. Overclocking does give a bump in the performance, but it also takes a toll on the hardware components. Rather than risking the components and getting more errors, use the CPU, GPU and RAM with its original values.
