Recently we saw a huge shift in Xiaomi to roll Android 10 to many of their devices. Today, Xiaomi started seeding the stable Android 10 with MIUI 11 for Redmi Note 8 Pro (codenamed begonia) globally. The update hits with software version V11.0.2.0.QGGEUXM and brings the latest security patches. As we speak, the update is live for the devices in India as a beta.
As per the screenshot shared by the user, the update carries the size of 1.90GB via OTA and brings January 2020 (not confirmed) security patch along with some other improvements. With the Android 10, Google introduced system-wide dark mode, iOS-like Gesture Navigation, upgraded system UI, privacy controls, and Focus Mode.

Check OTA update on Redmi Note 8 Pro
You should manually check the software update as the OTA is waving gradually. Head over to the device Settings > About Phone > System update to check it. However, you can download and install the update manually on your device.
