Instructions to Install:

Move the download Android 9.0 Pie and Android Pie Gapps to internal storage [root folder]
Now boot your device into TWRP Recovery.
Before installing Wipe System Data on TWRP Recovery (DO NOT WIPE INTERNAL STORAGE)
