Hi There – a couple of questions on this article (I’m trying to update my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone to Android 8.1) – having some issues – first – I’m not clear which files I need to download and install to my phone under “Instructions to Install”, #3 indicates “Download the below Android 8.1 Oreo for Galaxy Note 3” – (suggesting 1 file) – there’s no more download files below that and yet there are also a whole host of files in the “Download ROM and Gapps Here” section above. I’m not clear on what files I NEED to download as a minimum. Also, I’ve loaded the Android SDK Platform to my PC, as well as the Samsung drivers, and taken the steps to allow USB Debugging on my phone, but when I use the platform with the command “adb devices” it’s saying returning my phone as unauthorized in the list. I never get a popup message on my phone nor my computer asking for USB authorization. So what returns is the alphanumeric string for my phone followed by “unauthorized” instead of being followed by the word “device”. Have I missed something?
